At Avo we distribute community manager responsibilities within the team. The main goals of our Community Manager are:
- Bring our brand closer to potential customers, by participating in online discussions that drive interest around our offering and intent to check us out.
- Make sure that our prospects understand what Avo is, how it works, and the super powers we can grant them.
- Earn impressions 👀 that could funnel Avo unaware into Av’ficionados. Every aha is potentially +2 workspaces. The one that got-it. And the one they referred.
How does the Community Manager workflow work?
- There is one person responsible for shipping community products at a time. There’s no single way to earn 👀 . Something as simple as sparking or joining some engaged tweet threads is a great start.
- Role rotate with first responding.
